Southern Maryland’s first annual Sunflower Festival was overwhelmingly successful with a turnout of over 10,000 people. The event was hosted at Serenity Farm by the nonprofit Farm Heritage Conservancy and supported by the Southern Maryland Heritage Area and the Rural Maryland Council as part of their missions.
